make me laugh...

Jeremiah and Alison were playing with Hosanna the other day and just being goofy. Here's a clip of Jeremiah making the baby laugh...

I don't know what was funnier...Jeremiah's goofines or Hosanna's laugh!

On a different note...our house is starting to look bare.

When does anyone's fridge ever look this clean?

Looks like we are campaigning for Burger King! (Thx Dan for the boxes!)

And the cupboards were bare....

newz...

ladies and gentlefolk....we have FINALLY accepted a counter offer and we are buying a house. Yes, yes...you heard me right! After some back-and-forth counter-offers...we finally agreed on a price and we are now in the paperwork phase of things. Hopefully, since we did some of the work ahead of time, things will go fairly quickly.

Yesterday afternoon, we took Papa, Nana and Dan with us to look around and let the kids see the inside. They had a blast! Jeremiah was giving everybody tours of "his" new house, showing them where every one's rooms were. Then, he and Alison chased each other around, playing hide-and-seek in all the closets. We showed them our giant yard and they didn't want to come in....so much space and so much snow! After we left and did a few errands and hung out with Dan and Natalie for a while, we pulled in to our driveway and Jeremiah started to cry. We asked him what was wrong and he said "I just want to go to my new house!" John and I told him that it would take a few weeks because we had to get some money together and do some other things like pack before we could move all our stuff over there. His reply...""But I have lots of pennies and monies in my penny jar! You can use those..pleeeeaase!" John and I have no words for how that felt...we wanted to laugh and cry at the same time. Our sweet and sensitive boy just wanted to help us out. Love him SO much!

no shots, please...

We (Jeremiah.Hosanna.Mommie) made a quick trip to see Dr. Bolduc on Thursday night because after three days of Jeremiah's croup steroids, he still was crouping...doc gave him one big dose of a more powerful version. Needless to say, Miah and Mommie had some fun while we were at it! All is much, much better. The whole family is feeling better, thank you Jesus.

Snot, sniffles and tears...

the kiddos have been pretty sickly. Jeremiah started off the week with a fever, it broke yesterday and he got croup and now he has his fever again. Alison has had green snotty nose and a cough with a side of orneriness. Hosanna has had a croupy cough and lots of smiles through it all. She has also taught herself how to suck her thumb...yay.

We need some prayer and lots of lovin'.

fun times...

We've had a great week! After looking and looking and looking, we have officially made an offer on a great house, so please be praying for us! We hope to hear very soon if it's accepted or not. The kids are up to their usual cute and adorable selves...we love'em so much!

Today was fun for Jeremiah, we attended his good friend Victoria's birthday party. A princess birthday, no less. They played, ate lunch, ate goodies, she opened gifts...and he got kissed...

All I said was, "smile!" and she looked at me, looked at him and there you have it. What can I say, at least she's a cutie and super-sweet, too! Happy Birthday, Princess Victoria!

Growing...

...so fast! Hosanna had her four month check-up today! She is doing so well. At two months she weighed 12lbs 1oz, was 22in long and her head was 15 in. Today, she weighed14lbs 10ozs and 24 in long with her head at 16 in! She has had quite the growth spurt over the last couple months. Now I know why we basically skipped the 3-6 month clothes. She had about six immunizations, but thankfully they were combined to only three shots. She's a trooper though...she only cried for a little bit :(
She continues to be a healthy, happy baby and we couldn't love her more!

HAPPY, HAPPY BIRTHDAY JEREMIAH!!!

TODAY IS MR. JEREMIAH'S 4TH BIRTHDAY! WE LOVE YOU VERY MUCH!!!
Jeremiah had his birthday parties yesterday. His good friend Victoria spent the day with us playing and getting ready for his first party. Some of his buddies and cousins came over in the afternoon. They played "pin the fire hat on the fire dog" (so funny!) and helped Jeremiah open his gifts (thank you everyone). They also helped us eat his fire truck cake which Mommie made. I cheated a little and borrowed the pan and utensils along with a how-to book...but it was fun and he LOVED it. Now I'm sure I will be required to make a theme cake for each kid every year....what were we thinking?! Just kidding...it's part of what I love about being "mom".

(after 4hrs of decorating it finally looked like a fire truck!)

Before his party yesterday, Jeremiah and Victoria kept going to the kitchen to look in the fridge and see the cake...I would hear them say "it's so cool" and then the other would say "yeah, and we're gonna eat it!".

After our kiddo party, we had some of our family over in the evening for snacks and coffee. Jeremiah receive enough Thomas train set tracks that he and Kyle Curtis made a track that covered our dining room floor! They had a blast.

Needless to say, after all that partying, he's a little under the weather this morning. Oh well...he'll bounce back in no time, I'm sure!

Fun, fun, fun...

...we had our first offical group bath for the kiddos this week. Hosanna was cracking up over her goofy brother and sister. They are all so cute - so glad John and I are blessed to watch them grow!

There are a few other pics for your enjoyment as well...
